Lori Kern offers arbitration services as an effective alternative for families to settle disputes.  In arbitration proceedings, Lori is retained as a neutral, trained arbitrator to serve as the “judge” over the conflict, and to render a legally binding ruling to finalize the case. Arbitration is a process that avoids the delays of going to Court, provides a private forum for the parties, and is a more cost-efficient means of resolution than traditional litigation.
